Now I can't remember where I got this little denim bag from but it has been sitting at the back of my wardrobe for a year or two and I brought it out today for a new lease of life with a bright pink lace brooch from Dorothy Perkins. I've been trying to have a little clear out but I decided to give the bags in this post another chance with the help of a few sparkles.

Now this was a £6 buy from the Co-op in my early teens when I was in my nautical trend phase so it did get a lot of use!

Brooches from Accessorize.

This bag is Next but I found in for £2 in Oxfam in apparently new condition; but a much neglected bag it is.
Brooches from Accessorize once more. I like the way the button almost seems part of the added decoration.

So why not show some love and give that old bag a second chance. :)

I love to do this kind of projects too, so fun and creative!
Love the little butterfly pin!
Great inspiration. I have so many 'dull' bags lying around, that I really need to add some sparkle to them. I really love what you did with the second bag.
