Show Me Your Stationery: V&A haul

V&A shop haul. Floral carrier bag, gifts and goodies.
I always get lost in a daydream walking round the Victoria and Albert Museum shop, attempting to soak up every bit of prettiness and the fabulous array of treats to be seen. One could go quite mad and buy absolutely everything when faced with such a selection of stock. I adore the current carrier bag design too- it's floral and went perfectly with the outfit I was wearing for my latest visit.
I couldn't resist the charm of two rather groovy tulip pens (the rest of my life is floral, why not the contents of my pen pot?) for £2 each. I also bought a pretty beaded bracelet which came with a variety of patterns so it was a question of finding my favourite beads within just one. They also came in one style with bigger beads and one style with smaller beads, all £3 each. I added to my inspiring postcard collection as well, with details of period clothing, floral watercolours by Anne Marie H.S. and William Kilburn, and a couple of Cecil Beaton photographs as I'm going to study him next year for my Photography coursework.
V&A fashion, art and photography postcards.
Aren't writings, lists and doodles so much more fun to create when you have nice stationery to do so? It makes it more inspiring, and, in the case of activities such as revision, less tedious. I'm writing this blog post to be part of Molly and the Princess' blog link up Show Me Your Stationery, which you can check out by clicking the link below.

I love the V&A shop too, and I love what you bought! The photos of you with the tulip pens are fantastic. I love the postcard of the close up of the yellow and black striped bow, I haven't seen that before.
Thanks so much for linking up!

I walked around the V&A shop about 6 times last time I was there. There's just so much amazing stuff that I found it so difficult to limit what I was buying. They didn't have the tulip pens at that point though or I'd have had to have treated myself to a couple.

Stationary makes my world turn. *dreamy look* I can't remember what the V&A shop is like, which is proof that it's been too long since I've spanked any cash in there. I love your purchases.
