Paolita joins the T-Party

I'm definitely having a t-shirt moment right now and when I first laid eyes on  Paolita swimwear on a Birmingham catwalk back at the end of 2010 I instantly adored it. Anna Paola's designs for the label are so vivacious and cute they're hard to resist. I was really excited to see Paola's Mexican heritage and fun SS12 design aestethic translated into three rather lovely t-shirts as part of Maison Twenty.
She was invited as one of twenty emerging artistic talents to create designs upon 100% ethically sourced cotton for an exciting range of t-shirts which launched in Harvey Nichols today complete with a mural installation created by the twenty designers in Knightsbridge, London. The Paolita designs for the project are colourful confections and really capture the playful nature of her brand, making them perfect for sunny Summer days. I definitely hope to go have a nosy at the mural and work of the twenty intriguing budding talents.
