A fabulous pair of
shoes really can put a Spring in your step, and these
Irregular Choice Fairies in a Jar ones are so ridiculously pretty, I felt just like a fairy wearing them today! The acetate heel is absolutely incredible, and I love all the little details found in Irregular Choice shoes, from the adorable trims to the colourful soles. What I really adore about this specific design of
court shoes is the pretty pink ribbons, which make me think of Marie Antoinette in her exquisite Rococo gowns decked in bows and all manner of delightfully frivolous decorations.
One of my favourite things about lolita clothing is the inspiration the designers take from historical fashions of centuries past, especially the Rococo and Victorian eras, and today I decided to pair my beautiful new shoes with a sweet lolita look in my favourite pastel tones.
