When I grow up I want to be like dinoprincesschar, who has the most amazing collection of Irregular Choice shoes- just look at all those shoe boxes, and there's plenty more where they came from. In the meantime though, I'm very happy looking at my own small but growing collection of footwear beauties.
There's something really magical about Irregular Choice and instead of doing my usual Shoesday post this week, I thought I'd take a closer look at my shoes as the attention to detail in each design is wonderful. These are certainly shoes that make a statement from afar, but when you look closely there are so many beautiful little details to see, from the chunky stitching on my floral Summer Freckles court shoes to the shimmer on the canvas of Freshly Cut Grass. Then the finishes of each shoe add further character- from the hint of floral on Fairies in a Jar to the teeny tiny scalloped trim on my cheerful red Summer Bucket heels. The new season tweedy Baby Beauty ankle boots have an intriguing texture to them, and so does my sequinned version from the end of last year. They're such fabulous boots, especially with the delightfully oversized bow on the back, so I really must do them justice in an outfit.
Do you have a favourite pair of Irregular Choice shoes you own or would very much like to? I'd dearly love one of the amazing pairs brought out with bunny shaped heels! Here's a photo I took of the lovely Char wearing hers at an event this Summer:

What a great collection you have! I love IC and actually kind of forgot about my obsession with them a few years ago. I have a couple pairs & a couple of Poetic License (which I think are the same company??), but I'm really in love with the white pair you have with the corset style ribbon!
Yum, you have lots of gorgeous ones! I had a friend who had tons of IC shoes but sadly she grew out of them and sold them all. They're just so magical.

Ah, my love for IC shoes just gets greater and greater - I'm currently trying to track down the Carpe Diem style which I love this season.

You have a lovely collection. I love Irregular Choice. Sadly I don't own any of their gorgeous heels, but I'd love to one day own Tapetastic, Cortesan Floral Bar or Miaow in black.
