Fashion now

I'm not feeling too well this evening- I've had a horrible migraine since this afternoon- so this post has taken far longer than it should have done. Anyway these looks are inspired by what I've been wearing recently, and though of course they should be layered up with a snuggly coat and scarf for outside the temperature has been really quite pleasant the last couple of days.

A full colourful skirt, pretty top, prim cardigan and patterned socks with high heels: something screams at me that the last combination shouldn't work and yet sometimes it's so lovely to do.

I managed to get the next look really close to what I wore today, which was: a long blue shirt tunic, jeans, blue Converse with pink trim, bright pink heart earrings and my cream coat which flares our in a bubble at the waist. All entirely practical for practical sewing and feeling a little 'off' I didn't much feel like flamoyance. Now tomorrow shall be a full-on floral day!

I have a weakness for pink cardigans and I love the colours in the dress and those fabulous tights.

I adore the frivolous tiered layers of this skirt, it reminds me of my black charity shop one. I must confess that I am slowly nodding off and it is deffinitely time for bed- goodnight! Eek- only two more days to work on my Fine Art before it's handed in!
