Time for tea and roses
Today I visited David Austin roses for college research. I first visited last summer when all of the roses were at their best and it was such an incredibly pretty sight, I ought to share the photos with you sometime. Alas today they were all pruned back and looking rather more like twigs, which was quite an odd contrast.
Today I went for afternoon tea in the cafe which really is a pretty little place and what beautiful tea cups they have- you can actually buy them in the shop which is also full of lovely, elegant things.

Love the PINK coat!
haha I've always wanted to have a tea party full of pastries and pastel colored things.
So much for wishful thinking huh?
You post could be a set for Alice in Wonderland, such a beautiful place, and the peacock I adore!!
Teapot as vase. YES <3
Stealing that one.
That looks like a lovely place to spend the day.
Those tea cups are gorgeous!
OMG beautiful garden!!!! How magical with that peacock. Your outfit was perfect too for the occasion. Wish we could have some tea and roses right now instead of having to go back to work!
