But sadly not for summer! Which I'm afraid is the problem with finding winter boots in August. All last winter I was looking for nice boots and never found any so I couldn't let these pass by. I think they're practical, my Mum may disagree, but the heel is not too high and is also chunky, the sole is not really so thin and they shall keep my feet toasty and warm. They also have the visual delight of laces and the practical ease of a zip!They cost £35 from New Look.

I cannot confess how much I love the lace / zipper combo, I've had so many boots without the zip and it is just too much effort my far! The weather up here is vile so you could probabaly wear them when you come up LOL, they are promising sunshine later in the week though!
