Around the blogosphere I've noticed a trend for Accent Nails, where one nail of a hand is painted a little differently to the rest. This could be with a different colour of nail varnish or some kind of decoration, from a slick of glitter to gems, and flowers to a Hello Kitty. Most commonly that nail is the thumb nail, where it is called Blackberry Bling, or the ring finger nail, but any nail can be an Accent Nail.
I thought I'd have a go with a cheerful summery combination of shades using the two Miss Guided nail polishes kindly provided in my Brum Blogger Meet goodie bag. I absolutely love both shades, the pale pink one being Missbehave and the deeper one Missdemeanor. After I'd finished it was was dessert time, and I realised the shades perfectly represented the scrummy summertime treat that is strawberry ice cream! I decided to wear my white Luella blouse as the nails bring out the pink stitching very nicely.

Love the colour combination, utterly scrummy!. I haven't heard of the accent nail before, although Ozzy Osbourne springs to mind with his one black pinkie nail. Haven't painted my nails in quite sometime, think this is the perfect time to try accent nails ;) ty for sharing.
