Issue 15 of Lula offers not one but three gorgeous covers photographed by Damon Heath to choose from. Sometimes I can be a little indecisive but as soon as I saw it I couldn't resist the one featuring a delicate floral Chanel dress in dainty pastel tones. As ever the magazine is a joy to behold and one that will be treasured on my bookshelves for many years to come.
Some of my favourite images accompany pieces on designer Vanessa Bruno and actress Kara Hayward, in fact the styling is dreamy throughout the pages. We delve into a theatrical world behind the scenes at Unsuk Chin's debut opera Alice and Wonderland and the designs of Kate and Laura Mulleavy of Rodarte in the worlds of opera and ballet. Then we find out more about the lady at the helm of my favourite jewellery range- Victoire de Castellane at Dior- and Editor at Large Luella Bartley (cue fangirl squee) muses on the Indie Life in Lest We Forget.
Overall the editorials are so enchanting it might just be one of my favourite issues yet, offering such a vast array of lovely inspiration and the chance to slip away into a magical world of daydreams.
