Shoesday: Summer Sandals

What is this- some actual lovely warm weather? It makes a wonderful change to feel the warmth of the sun and not to have to lug a cumbersome brolly round- I think it might even be time to dig those fabulous, but sadly long neglected, sandals out and maybe buy some cheerful new ones! From pretty pastels to bright jewel tones, and from classically elegant styles to statement bows, the drier months offer the chance to go for something a little frivolous and forget about the elements for a while. Lola Ramona in particular are offering some wonderfully fun and fancy footwear- whether you're relaxing in a city park or strolling along a seaside promenade, scrumptious ice cream in hand.
I have decided to turn Tuesday into Shoesday, as who doesn't love daydreaming about gorgeous shoes? I'm also determined to have more fun with my own shoe collection instead of returning to the same faithful few pairs, however lovely they are, out of habit.
