As the world's press camps outside St Mary's Hospital in Paddington, eagerly awaiting the arrival of the royal baby, the world's eyes are once again firmly focused on the Duchess of Cambridge. It's said Kate Middleton caught Prince William's eye back at the University of St Andrews, clad in a barely there Charlotte Todd dress, and whilst she still wears casual chic well her style has evolved in the public eye to become incredibly elegant and make her a style icon.
My favorite looks of the Duchess of Cambridge include the stunning sequinned Jenny Packham gown she wore to a gala back in Summer 2011, and the vibrant graphic floral print by Prabal Gurung she wore to a dinner hosted by the President of Singapore last year. Then let's not forget her iconic wedding dress designed by Sarah Burton at Alexander McQueen, which immediately caused a wave of bridal trends.
I was kindly offered the chance to review Kate's Style. Written by Caroline Jones and published by Carlton, it offers an essential guide to the Duchess of Cambridge's style. With many beautiful photos which are a delight to browse through, the book also takes an in depth look at her style- from the beautiful clothes and where they're from, to her jewellery and glossy hair. With an RRP of £19.99 it is a must have for all "Copy Kates" and is available from www.carltonbooks.co.uk.

I'm not really a Kate 'fan' but her style is really lovely and elegant but without being stuffy like some other members of the Royal Family. She seems really down to earth too :)
