London brand Shellys was founded in one of my favourite eras in fashion history, the late 1940s, and has been moving with the fashion times ever since, becoming the exclusive footwear provider to Mod band The Jam in the 1970s and creating collaborations with Katherine Hamnett, John Richmond, Vivienne Westwood and Jean-Paul Gaultier in the 1980s.

Shellys London are still creating fanciful footwear today and their rather lovely shoes capture a wonderful mix of classic styles and quirky fun.
