Nostalgia designer style
It's half term next week, and I could really do with a rest. Though I am proud to say, and if you know me, or my reputation, in real life you'll know how much this means, I have not missed a single lesson of college and have been doing extra to what I need to. :) Quite an achievement from me and my health.
October half term is also looked on with some nostalgia as two years ago it was quite special to me.
The only time I recall being at a Birmingham shop previously was when my sister was doing her GCSE textiles research- I was in the Mailbox and completely oblivious to Harvey Nicholls existence. But that year I'd been looking at the Louis Vuitton website and looking at all the lovely items on sale. I looked up where a store was and decided to save my money for a scarf.
This was also the beginning of my love for Selfridges. Which seems odd now, as I go into pining mode and get withdrawal symptoms if I haven't been for a few weeks. It may sound sad but the designer floor is a 'happy place' of mine. Even when I am completely broke, I just find it lovely to walk round.

Two of my others are Chanel (Bond St) and Luella (Brook St).
